Two years ago, the NHS celebrated its 75th anniversary, with a culture of innovation described as essential to its longevity.

Today, the need for innovation has become even more urgent – not just in isolated projects but as a fundamental transformation across the entire system.

• Map ICS adoption of NICE-approved medical technologies
• Define “value” beyond financial cost, supporting value-based procurement
• Strengthen accountability to ensure innovation is adopted
• Elevate patient voices in decision-making
• Improve collaboration across NHS bodies and policymakers
