MTG Patient Action Day & Parliamentary Reception

The focus of 2014’s Medical Technology Awareness Week was a parliamentary lobby and reception. The aim of this Patient Action Day was to raise awareness of the benefits of patient access to medical technology across the country with decision makers, parliamentarians and key stakeholders.

The MTG called for equal access to medical technologies recommended by NICE (where clinically appropriate) for all patients regardless of where they live in the UK.
